FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Can the products only be purchased online?

Natalia Bojalil Jewelry collections are sold only online and at special events (rare occasion).

What materials do you use?

Our jewelry collections are handcrafted using the highest quality materials, such as: 14K Gold Vermeil, .925 Silver, Titanium, Tungsten, Stainless Steel and 18K gold plating.

The stones we use are carefully selected for each collection: Moonstone, Black Spinel, Tourmaline Quartz, Rose Quartz, Paraiba Tourmaline, White Topaz ), among others such as Zirconia, etc.

How do I care for my Natalia Bojalil jewelry?

To keep your jewelry clean, use a soft tissue before and after wearing it. Store your accessories separately on a soft surface or hang them, making sure they don't scratch each other or other surfaces. Protect your jewelry by not wearing it when you bathe, wash your hands, exercise, and before you use perfumes, creams, or antibacterial gel. We are proud of our quality, however if your piece is exposed to any of the above it may wear out faster. It can also be discolored by each person's natural PH levels.

How long does shipping take to arrive and how much does it cost?

We have shipments to all of Mexico through DHL, FedEx, 99 minutes, Eiya, Packet Express and others. They cost $175.00 pesos and take approximately 1 to 4 business days to arrive.

Note: The delivery days are the approximate ones given to us by the parcels, however, it is possible that these may change for reasons external to us, Natalia Bojalil Jewelry cannot control delivery times exactly.

So that you can track your shipment, the tracking guide will be sent to the email you indicated in your order once your order has been shipped.

The order takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to process.

Do you do international shipments?

What happens if I order a ring and it doesn't fit?

The customer is responsible for ordering the correct ring size. If it doesn't fit, we can gladly make an exchange within the first 10 business days of receiving your order. Once those 10 days have passed, no type of exchange or refund applies.

You need to send an email to nataliabojaliljewelry@gmail.com with your order number and the desired measurement to change.
